01Scope

These terms apply to your use of the DIJ-LABS website and services: DIJ Cloud, DIJ Platform, DIJ Manage, the AI team, managed services and DIJ AI Gateway, as agreed in writing.

02Services and the written agreement

The scope, price and duration of each service are set in a written quote that both parties approve before work begins. What appears on the site is for information, and is not itself a contractual commitment.

03Permissions and agent actions

• The default is read-only.
• No write action runs without your approval or outside a scope you allow in advance.
• You keep the right to cut off access at any time.

04Your responsibilities

• Providing accurate information and appropriate permissions for what you request.
• Having the right to the systems and data you give us access to.
• Keeping your own backups according to your policy.

05Acceptable use

The services may not be used for any illegal activity, or activity that harms others' systems or infringes their rights.

06Pricing and payment

Prices and payment methods are set in the written quote. For details, get in touch.

07Availability and liability

We take reasonable care in delivering the services, and we don't guarantee they are free of interruption except as a written agreement states. To the extent the law allows, our liability is set by what the agreement says.

08Ending the service

You may end the service as the agreement provides, and access can be cut off at once at any time. We reserve the right to suspend the service if these terms are breached.

09Changes

We may update these terms from time to time, and continuing to use the services after an update means you accept them.
