Your privacy. first.
Here we explain what data we collect, why, how we protect it, and how you control it.
01What we collect
- When you contact us: your name, email and what you write in your message.
- When you connect a server or use our services: only the metrics, configuration summaries and log excerpts needed for analysis.
We don't ask for the root password, and we don't access the contents of your databases or your customers' files.
02Why we use it
- To reply to your inquiries and deliver the agreed service.
- To analyze the state of your systems and provide recommendations and alerts.
- To improve the security and quality of our services.
03Data sent to AI models
- We send as little as needed for the analysis.
- Secrets, environment variables and passwords are masked before sending.
04Logs and retention
Operation logs — what the agents read, suggested and executed — are kept in your account and you can export them. We share retention and hosting details when you get in touch.
05Who can access your data
Engineers assigned to your account only, and every access is logged. We don't share your data with other parties for marketing purposes.
06Your rights
- Request access to your data, or have it corrected or deleted.
- Cut off access at any time: stop the agents, delete the SSH key or DIJ agent, and revoke the tokens.
07Local storage
The site uses simple local storage to remember your theme preference (light/dark). We don't use advertising trackers.
